Videoconferencing

• Face to face meetings to discuss and coordinate a patient's transition from hospital to home
• An efficient way to communicate and plan a smooth transition without having anyone travel from one center to the other
  

Televisits

• Reserved for patients with reduced mobility who cannot travel to a hospital
• Audio-video communication platform to allow for the measurement of blood pressure, oxygen saturation and auscultation
• Simple and secure sharing of instant messages, documents and images between users

Tele-Education

• A means to support and train health care professionals involved in a patient's care at home
• Calendar of educational activities specific to home ventilatory assistance and related respiratory therapies
  

Teleconsultation

• A service used in conjunction with home follow-up visits for patients requiring ventilatory assistance and who can easily travel to their local health care center
• Facilitates and permits regular follow-ups in collaboration with the local community RT without anyone traveling great distances
  
• Clinical follow-up, equipment verification with a NPHVA health care professional sitting in front of a screen with an integrated camera
